About the firm

Blueline was built to help organizations move from ideas to aligned, fundable opportunities.

Our Mission

Funding With Purpose

A structured methodology is integral to effective funding strategy. A phased, stage-gate process is used to align funding opportunities with mission priorities, identify the strongest pathways to support growth, and develop proposals positioned for success.

By combining these methods, risk is managed and clear structure is provided through regular evaluation at key decision points.

The Four Pillars of BlueLine Funding & Proposal Development

Together, these pillars reflect a strategic, high-value approach to helping organizations pursue funding with clarity, credibility, and purpose.

Funding Guidance

This pillar focuses on helping organizations identify, evaluate and pursue the correct funding opportunities. Services may include opportunity research, funder alignment, solicitation review, strategic funding advisement, and guidance on how to position projects for stronger funding potential.

Proposal Development

This pillar encompasses the development of grant proposals, funding narratives, strategic response documents, and other high-value materials designed to articulate vision, demonstrate alignment, and position clients for competitive funding success.

Education

Education extends that expertise through executive-level instruction grounded in real-world experience. Through courses, workshops, and training engagements, BlueLine equips organizations with a stronger understanding of funding strategy, opportunity evaluation, proposal development, and the broader architecture of external funding.

Editing

Editing offers substantive review and refinement for organizations that require a sharper, more polished final product. This work is designed to strengthen clarity, cohesion, responsiveness, and presentation while preserving the integrity of the underlying message.

Known for navigating complex funding landscapes with clarity and precision, she helps clients identify opportunities, strengthen positioning, and pursue funding strategies that support long-term impact.

Accomplishments, Accolades and Letters of Support

Proposal development led to a U.S. Department of Energy project entering negotiations for $200M in federal funding with a $700M infrastructure initiative.

Regardless of the sector, the focus of the firm is consistent; to help organizations position strong, competitive proposals and funding roadmaps that are aligned with program priorities.
