Outside of services offered by BlueLine Funding & Proposal Development, The BlueLine Institute for Strategic Funding (BLI) provides practical, professional training for organizations seeking to identify funding opportunities, evaluate solicitations, strengthen grant readiness, and navigate compliance requirements with greater clarity and confidence.

Specialized Training for Public Safety Agencies
The public safety track focuses on the funding streams, priorities, and application considerations most relevant to law enforcement and related agencies, including equipment, technology, training, and programmatic initiatives. The general track is designed for broader organizational audiences and covers the core funding process from opportunity identification and solicitation analysis to application development and compliance considerations.

All registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may transfer your registration to a future class date with advance notice. This ensures that your investment is preserved while maintaining the integrity of small class sizes.
Course materials will be delivered electronically prior to the course. You will receive access instructions via email so you can review or print materials in advance if desired.
Participants should have a reliable internet connection, access to Zoom, and the ability to view and download course materials. A notebook or digital note-taking method is recommended.
