Data Security & Confidentiality
BlueLine Funding & Proposal Development
BlueLine Funding & Proposal Development understands that clients and prospective clients may share sensitive organizational, operational, financial, or project-related information in connection with funding strategy, proposal development, grant writing, editing, training, and related consulting services.
We take confidentiality seriously and use reasonable administrative, technical, and workflow safeguards designed to protect information entrusted to us.
Secure File Handling
Client documents and project materials may be transmitted, stored, reviewed, or delivered through secure, access-controlled cloud-based systems used in our business operations. Access is limited to the extent reasonably necessary for service delivery and file management.
Access Controls
Where appropriate, client files are maintained in restricted-access folders or platforms. Access to shared workspaces, uploaded files, draft materials, and final deliverables may be limited by role, project stage, and client authorization.
Client Onboarding and File Access
For active engagements, access to file-sharing systems or client workspaces is generally provided after onboarding steps have been completed. Those steps may include consultation, execution of a non-disclosure agreement, and execution of a Professional Services Agreement or similar written engagement document.
Confidentiality Commitment
We do not intentionally disclose confidential, proprietary, draft, sensitive, or non-public client information except as reasonably necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, or as otherwise authorized by the client.
No Absolute Guarantee
While we use reasonable safeguards and thoughtful workflows to protect client information, no electronic transmission method, storage platform, or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By communicating with us electronically or submitting files digitally, you acknowledge this inherent risk.
No Formal Relationship Without Agreement
Submitting information through the website, email, forms, or scheduling tools does not by itself create a formal client relationship, confidentiality agreement, or privilege unless and until both parties enter into a written agreement.
