This package centers on active proposal development, including narrative drafting, content refinement, coordination, and structured response development. The goal is to produce a strong, well-developed submission aligned with funder expectations and project priorities.
Hourly Rate: $250/hour and scoped based on the complexity of the opportunity, application requirements, agency readiness, timeline, budget development needs, partner/vendor coordination, and required attachments.
Most standard federal proposal development projects fall within an estimated range of 35-50 hours. Work will not exceed the approved authorization without written approval.
